The farm, which was built in the 19 th century, is facing due south.
We restored it by taking care of using natural materials such as : hemp, lime, larch, cellulose wadding as isolating. Sun panels furnish all the necessary hot water. The source which flows in the ancient washing and rinsing board is used to water the kitchen-garden, the fruit-trees and the horses.
